Coaching Program Options

There are several options available for completing the Fit For The King Coaching Program: individually, as a couple, as a small group of three to four, or as a family. Explore each option below.

As an Individual

Fit for the King Individual Coaching Plan

If you would like to complete the program one-on-one with David, this is the option for you. You will get undivided attention from David during each session and while you’ll be going through the program individually, you won’t be alone. This program is ideal for individuals that are ready to learn why diets and exercise programs haven’t resulted in long term success for them and truly take control of their health in order to be better stewards of their bodies so they can complete the work God has called them to do. (This program is available in person if you are in the Great Des Moines Are or via Zoom)

As a Couple

Fit For The King Coaching Program - Couple's PlanAccountability can be a powerful thing  and you might be thinking you would like to go through the program with someone else to ramp that up from one accountability partner (David) to two, your partner.  It is often the case that you will be more successful as a partnership because both of you are committed to the journey. This results in keeping each other on track because you are both eating the same way, studying and completing the same materials, and there to encourage each other now and after you have completed the program. You will complete each session together and 3 times throughout the program you each have a private call with David to discuss your progress and next steps. (This program is available in person if you are in the Greater Des Moines Area or via Zoom)

As a Small Group (3-4 people)

Fit For The King Coaching Program - Group's PlanIncrease the accountability factor even more with a small group. This program is ideal for a group of women, men, or two couples that are open to being vulnerable with each other. The coaching program begins with Demolition, which means that together, we will work through with past hurts that have impacted our health, incorrect beliefs about our bodies, health, food, and fitness that we have learned from our culture, and what falsehoods we hold about ourselves that lead to self sabotage. It is important that if you select the group option, you will be open to sharing your true self and your struggles with the others in attendance so that the program can be as impactful and transformational as possible. Each session will take place with all 3 or 4 of you on the weekly session and three times throughout the program, you will have a short private discussion with David about your individual progress and next steps. (This program is available via Zoom)

As a Family (Up to 6 people, 1-2 parents and 4-5 minor children)

Fit For The King Coaching Program - Family PlanWant to get healthier as a family? Looking for a biblically based body stewardship curriculum for your homeschoolers? This is the program for you. Completing this program with your children while they are still under you care will help you instill healthy habits in them as well as the calling that God has placed on their lives to steward their bodies just as they would their money, time, and talent.  (This program is available in person if the greater Des Moines Area or via Zoom)
